Key Accountabilities :

Act as interface between buyer and seller, setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfilment related problems and providing support to customer. Jobs Near Me

Ensure resolution of fulfilment related problems and disputes

Possess minimum Diploma or One (1) year of contact centre experience, mainly in customer service

Being able to work independently

Demonstrate teamwork all the time

English & Bahasa Malaysia

Requirements:

• Applicants should be Malaysians citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn

• Driven and motivated

Salary :

RM2,400 - RM3,500

Work Location :

Bangsar South or KL Eco City (KLEC) , Kuala Lumpur

Operations Working Hours :

Monday - Sunday (9:30am - 6:30pm)

Candidates must prepared and willing to work on 24-hour-rotation shift in future.

Note:

You will be entitle for two (2) off days in a week.

📌SYARAT-SYARAT KELAYAKAN:

- 🔸️Warganegara Malaysia 🇲🇾

- 🔸️Jika (IC MERAH) tetapimempunyai SPM masih boleh memohon.

- 🔸️Berumur dari 18 tahunhingga 40 tahun⚠️

- 🔸️Minimum SPM (LULUS ATAUGAGAL)

#Sijil SPM atau SLIP SPM atau SKM atau STPM atau DIPLOMAatau DEGREE wajib kena ada semasa interview.(Jika tidak ada salah satudocuments tersebut, tidak boleh daftar)

- 🔸️Kerja Sepenuh masa.(kemasukkan dengan Segera)

- 🔸️Kerja waktu pejabatdari 9.00 pagi hingga 6.00petang.

- 🔸️Isnin hingga Jumaatsahaja.

- 🔸️Kerja dalam pejabatsahaja, menggunakan headset dan komputer.

📌PENDAPATAN ANDA ;

- 🔸️Gaji basic di bayarsehingga RM2500

- 🔸️Komisyen RM500 hinggaRM5000

- 🔸️Potongan KWSP (EPF) danSOCSO

- 🔸️Medical Claim
